Job Responsibilities:
- To arrange and monitoring for each trade of Architectural scope of works on demonstrations/mock up for consultant's approvals.
- To ensure the construction drawing issued to subcontractor/NSC are well coordinated.
- To ensure all subcontractor/NSC are using the latest construction drawing work at site.
- To monitor and planning the site works accordingly to programme, site work progress report, individual trades record, materials control and record, every trade completion report and ensure the works are achieved as per QLASSIC requirement.
- To plan and ensure all materials delivery schedule on target with logistics arrangements at site.
- To check every incoming material delivered as per specifications and good condition.
- To coordinate with SRA and COW during work commencing.
- To ensure all trades Installation works must achieve the QAQC requirements.
- To check and ensure the dimension and setting out are corrected set out by surveyors.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural / Architecture or equivalent.
- At least a year experience on coordinate works and detailing, well knowledge on Architectural, M&E and Structural.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and able to understand technical drawing.
- BIM experience or knowledge will be an advantage.
- Committed & with good communication skills.
- Able to attend to site works for project monitoring.
- Good understanding in technical drawing concept.
- Able to produce structural reinforcement drawing.
