As an Equipment Maintenance Engineer specializing in bottling clients, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission by ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' production lines. Job Scope:
- Plan and implement the execution of preventive and corrective programs for the equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine cause of failure for equipment
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
- Monitor the performance of the equipment, manage workaround solutions and mitigate measures for all maintenance activities
- Establish and maintain proper document system
- To identify, plan and review of necessary training needs for the Maintenance Team
- Maintenance and related reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Engineering
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Possess 1 - 2 years’ experience in electrical equipment / production machine maintenance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
